GBMove on quickly Move on! the customer service and business practices are suspect at best. No communication or ownership of problems nor will they honor their associated Guarantee. I have never delt with a more ignorant company that refuses to communicate or provide basic level of customer service. They screwed up but expect you to pay the price. Go elsewhere.

GBBeware of this Company! I was just informed by customer rep Jessica Miller that legal action is being taken against me for asking the status of my order from February. It started with me asking the status cuz if it will take too long, I’ll ask for a refund as it’s something I needed now. She rudely responded “We told you it was shipping this week, but since you're now threatening to file a chargeback, we're getting our legal team involved.” I kept asking for that email notification but never received, just more threats that their legal team will be involved. She finally gave me a refund and then stated their legal team is now activated against me. For what?! I thought I had done something wrong but clearly after reading all these reviews, that company has a problem employee on their hands, and then some. It’s very unfortunate as I ordered once before and loved it so was looking forward to this second one.

GBDo not purchase from this company Do not purchase from this company. Very poor customer service from Jessica Miller. Very insulting. they say they will sue me for theft because they shipped my canvas print but never received. I turned the problem over to my credit card company, who is investigating this company. My order was placed the end of January and never received.

Managers response as I have still not got my portrait. We literally resent the delay email, you're being ridiculous. GBI ordered a product as a gift 6 weeks… I ordered a product as a gift 6 weeks ago and followed up on it. I received an email from Jessica Miller Jessica Miller--the Customer Support Team Manager. The email asked my if I was a BLANK (F word) idiot--and said that I had done a charge back on the order and also said that she would report me to the fraud department. I called my credit card company and I did NOT do a charge back. I am completely blown away by the rudeness of Jessica Miller. I would highly recommend looking somewhere else and NEVER use Designed by Memories.
