Move on quickly Move on! the customer service and business practices are suspect at best. No communication or ownership of problems nor will they honor their associated Guarantee. I have never delt with a more ignorant company that refuses to communicate or provide basic level of customer service. They screwed up but expect you to pay the price. Go elsewhere.

Love the Proof/Approval Process The ease of ordering, coupled with customer service support. The care taken in the proof/approval process to insure that the customer will be beyond, BEYOND thrilled with what is delivered. THAT PART meant EVERYTHING to me. I ended up swapping out an image I initially submitted, for another one, thanks to the proof approval process. Their patience & understanding was invaluable to my getting a fabulous portrait of 'my Babydog'. Love BOTH canvases that I got! SO pleased & thankful! 💗🏆

Do not purchase from this company Do not purchase from this company. Very poor customer service from Jessica Miller. Very insulting. they say they will sue me for theft because they shipped my canvas print but never received. I turned the problem over to my credit card company, who is investigating this company. My order was placed the end of January and never received.

Buyer beware I'm on day 28 since order date. Like many other reviews I was told order shipped but there is no tracking number. I have sent 4 email requests asking for any sort of update and they simply won't respond anymore. 1/31/2024 EDIT: Today I received my order. I will give credit where credit is due and I will acknowledge the product is excellent. I'm very happy with the canvas print I recieved. It took more than a month to recieve and was worth the wait but it would be far better for everyone involved to be straight forward from the beginning about order times. Customer service response time could also improve.
