Wow! Can't thank you enough! Beautiful! The watercolor print that Designed By Memories did for us, turned out perfect. We thankfully received it on our daughter Trista's birthday which was her present. The picture of my granddaughter holding her 3 month old baby brother made my daughter's smile shine. So thankful that I found you.

Was looking for a unique wedding gift… Was looking for a unique wedding gift idea to accompany a cash gift. Felt that a Designed By Memories portrait would be perfect. A watercolor canvas was created from one of the couple’s business trip photos where they got engaged. The folks at DBM tweaked the design to my request and also took care of my ordering oversight without any problems. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. I think this beautiful canvas will be a nice addition to the couple’s home.

Buyer beware I'm on day 28 since order date. Like many other reviews I was told order shipped but there is no tracking number. I have sent 4 email requests asking for any sort of update and they simply won't respond anymore. 1/31/2024 EDIT: Today I received my order. I will give credit where credit is due and I will acknowledge the product is excellent. I'm very happy with the canvas print I recieved. It took more than a month to recieve and was worth the wait but it would be far better for everyone involved to be straight forward from the beginning about order times. Customer service response time could also improve.

It appears I’m having the same trouble… It appears I’m having the same trouble with my order place mid February. And it appears the same, nasty attitude manager, Jessica Miller, has other complaints from other customers. I had used them before and had absolutely no problem and it was beautiful work. Thought I would order again for a friend whose furbaby crossed the rainbow bridge at the time of my order. Such a disappointment and tonight I canceled the order. Will never use again and will discourage my friends and family who I told them about this company to never ever use. What a difference in customer service and receiving your order in a timely manner in over year when I last ordered.
