GBMy orter was Stolen I order the first collar as gift. When it was stolen out of the mailbox before the recipient received it I told Qualtry right away! Their reaction surprised me!! GBLovely Pashmina Lovely Pashmina. It is not as soft as I anticipated but still lovely. Wen I selected white thread for the monogram it did not keep that choice but moved to yellow. Not my favorite color at all. Because of multiple steps for completing the order, I did not catch it. Perhaps making check out easier, would have helped me catch the error. 4 stars for the check out process only.

GBI typically like this company and their… I typically like this company and their products. I placed an order on November 27th. Paid for the items to be produced in the US (not overseas). My first items didn't arrive until December 29th. The others came in January. LONG after I needed them for gifts and to use for the holidays. I sent a couple emails and didn't receive any type of satisfactory answer. Just that they were busy this season. It was disappointing to think things were taken care of only to have to scramble when items didn't arrive on time.

GBVery helpful and good experience I was having trouble redeeming my Groupon. Groupon was no help. Qualtry solved my problem right away.

CACustomer service Great customer service. Not Qualtry fault it didn’t get delivered. That’s on DHL. They are sending another one.As soon as I let them know I had not yet received my order they redid it and sent the shipping/tracking information again. Here’s hoping DHL gets it to me
