I also like the great customer service, I had a question placing the order and I don't remember the ladies name who help me but she did an awesome job guiding me through the ordering process. GB5 stars for qualtry pillow cases! I will continue to order personalized pillow cases from Qualtry when they are on sale because they are my #1 hit holiday gift every year! I love that they sell the pillow inserts as well, and they wash and dry AMAZING! I have 2 boys and can confirm these are very durable.

GBIt took me tons of emails and… It took me tons of emails and frustration just to get the code to give to the merchant for a dog collar. Finally received the items 5-6 weeks after buying it. Was constantly told the merchant had to fix the code issue.

GBTerrible communication and customer… Terrible communication and customer service! I inquired about the status of my order several times and was told it was being processed every time. Once I finally received my order, 3 of the items were missing. I contacted customer service again to find out 1 of the items was out of stock. Still no mention of the other 2 items. I contacted customer service AGAIN to find out the same. Instead of issuing a credit, they sent me a $20 gift card, but the cost of the out of stock items was $42. When I questioned my refund, I was told to dispute it with my bank. I shop online all the time and have never heard of this. DO NO SHOP HERE!
