GBLate and later, and no response from company This purchase was for Christmas. Everything I purchased for Christmas was late! I started my order with a few things with 2 day delivery for Christmas , and the pop-up kept saying spend $100 get free shipping. No where did it say if you spend $100 we are going to ship it ground So not only did I buy more than I needed. I was leaving in 4 days out of town for Christmas, celebrating in town the night before. Didn’t have the gifts in town to give to family or to take with me out of town and then this one arrives in February and I didn’t even get notice it was on back order. I tried to contact the company several times via email and asked for a phone call and the response was their phone service was unavailable and I still have yet to get a call back. It’s been almost a month. Very disappointing service. I won’t be ordering from here again

Qualtry had amazing customer service, as it was a large order in a very busy time of year - yet they were able to prioritize our order and we received it right in time!! GBTerrible communication and customer… Terrible communication and customer service! I inquired about the status of my order several times and was told it was being processed every time. Once I finally received my order, 3 of the items were missing. I contacted customer service again to find out 1 of the items was out of stock. Still no mention of the other 2 items. I contacted customer service AGAIN to find out the same. Instead of issuing a credit, they sent me a $20 gift card, but the cost of the out of stock items was $42. When I questioned my refund, I was told to dispute it with my bank. I shop online all the time and have never heard of this. DO NO SHOP HERE!
