Quick, accurate delivery This was my first time ordering from WebEye Store.com. Website was very easy to navigate, prices were good, and delivery was quick and accurate. Will definitely use this website again.

A V O I D !!! I ordered two boxes of contact lenses from webeyestore.com. The lenses I received were not what I ordered. Apparently the verification fax from my eye doctor did not match what I had ordered. Webeyestore.com made no attempt to contact either my eye doctor or myself to find out why there was a discrepancy. They simply substituted lenses of their choice and sent them to me. I had to pay out of my own pocket to return these lenses to webeyestore.com in exchange for what I was told would be store credit. Almost four weeks after I paid to return the lenses I received an email from webeyestore.com stating that I would be getting a refund on my credit card and not store credit. I now how to wait several billing cycles to see if I actually do get a refund. And of course they would not refund the $6.95 I had to pay for original S/H so I'm out that money as well. Webeyestore.com seems like an amateur operation. Very poor all-around.

Wonderful customer service and definatly fast service Recently ordered some contact lenses for my mother. Received emails every step of the way confirming the order. Than I received an email that they needed to confirm my mother's prescription with her Dr. before they ship them out. (Since some state by law require the Dr.'s reponse before they can ship anything out.) Which I believe is best to get a confirmed prescription, then to order the wrong power and deal with returns/ exchanges. Luckly my Mom's Dr. responded right away and the contacts were shipped out right away. My Mom received a tracking number. (If you don't see it in your account, it dosen't hurt to call the customer service line they are really nice and email it right away to you.) Overall experince- Will order from Webeyestore def. :)

horrible service To all that have ordered from the store I feel sorry!!!!! Customer service is awful I still haven't received any emails back I ordered it 3 days its been about 2 weeks I've been battling with them since October 6th and now its the 28th I still have not received my contacts I have only called them to try to remedy the situation and I have not been able to get through it hasn't been fun having the automated machine hang up on you. Who knows if I will ever see my contacts?

Do not shop here! Web Eye Store sent me the wrong contacts and sent 4 boxes instead of two. They refused to pay for return shipping. The only way to communicate with them is via email. Their chat feature is never available. When I phoned I was on hold for up to 25 minutes with no answer. I returned the contacts and paid for shipping out of my pocket. They refunded part of what I paid due to shipping ( which was free) and return fees. They refuse to admit they made a mistake with my order.
