ILHorrible service. Horrible service. Just as I said. They neither ship nor bother to tell you why. You can call them a dozen of times, no response, they are always busy with "other customers" I am about to chargeback them if they keep me dry another week. Bottom line, keep away of them."

GBWonderful customer service and definatly fast service Recently ordered some contact lenses for my mother. Received emails every step of the way confirming the order. Than I received an email that they needed to confirm my mother's prescription with her Dr. before they ship them out. (Since some state by law require the Dr.'s reponse before they can ship anything out.) Which I believe is best to get a confirmed prescription, then to order the wrong power and deal with returns/ exchanges. Luckly my Mom's Dr. responded right away and the contacts were shipped out right away. My Mom received a tracking number. (If you don't see it in your account, it dosen't hurt to call the customer service line they are really nice and email it right away to you.) Overall experince- Will order from Webeyestore def. :)

GBQuick, accurate delivery This was my first time ordering from WebEye Store.com. Website was very easy to navigate, prices were good, and delivery was quick and accurate. Will definitely use this website again.

GBNo real customer service-no lenses in stock Do not buy from webeyestore. Their website indicates lenses in stock but I do not think they have any or many. Instead, they most likely take your order and then try to obtain the lenses and reship. Meanwhile, I got an email saying that the lenses had shipped almost immediately and another one saying that the lenses were on backorder. Both could not be correct. I had ordered two different types of lenses from two manufacturers but they could not tell me which lens(es) were actually on backorder. Calling their customer service you get the same phony--literally--recording that makes it sound like you are waiting for a rep, but in my experience no one picks up and they put you on voicemail, then hang up on you. Completely bogus customer service. As noted by others, you cannot actually cancel your order online. My take on the 5 star reviews is that they may well have been written by the owners. Read them carefully.

GBBad Experience Enough waiting for delivery after 12 days. Putting in cxl request with credit card today. Not worth the headache !
