GBWHERE IS MY ORDER!? I have ordered my contacts from this website for years. Historically they're a little slow, but they've always emailed me back within a couple days. I have emailed them, called them, and left voicemails for weeks now looking for my missing order with no response yet. At this point, I'm thinking they don't have the contacts but instead of telling me or letting me know, they took my money anyway (THAT'S STEALING). I still don't know if i'll ever receive my order, but contacts are a necessity that you can't just not deliver without any notice. I will be begin to take legal action if there is no response soon.

GBTook money from Pay Pal account, never delivered I ordered contact solution in August 2016, and money was deducted from my PayPal account immediately. I never received anything. For two weeks I have called the company, left messages on their website, and send e-mail to the address on my order confirmation. They do not return calls, emails, or messages of any kind. I have contacted PayPal, and hopefully they can help me get a refund.

GBWonderful customer service and definatly fast service Recently ordered some contact lenses for my mother. Received emails every step of the way confirming the order. Than I received an email that they needed to confirm my mother's prescription with her Dr. before they ship them out. (Since some state by law require the Dr.'s reponse before they can ship anything out.) Which I believe is best to get a confirmed prescription, then to order the wrong power and deal with returns/ exchanges. Luckly my Mom's Dr. responded right away and the contacts were shipped out right away. My Mom received a tracking number. (If you don't see it in your account, it dosen't hurt to call the customer service line they are really nice and email it right away to you.) Overall experince- Will order from Webeyestore def. :)

GBDo not shop here! Web Eye Store sent me the wrong contacts and sent 4 boxes instead of two. They refused to pay for return shipping. The only way to communicate with them is via email. Their chat feature is never available. When I phoned I was on hold for up to 25 minutes with no answer. I returned the contacts and paid for shipping out of my pocket. They refunded part of what I paid due to shipping ( which was free) and return fees. They refuse to admit they made a mistake with my order.

GBNo real customer service-no lenses in stock Do not buy from webeyestore. Their website indicates lenses in stock but I do not think they have any or many. Instead, they most likely take your order and then try to obtain the lenses and reship. Meanwhile, I got an email saying that the lenses had shipped almost immediately and another one saying that the lenses were on backorder. Both could not be correct. I had ordered two different types of lenses from two manufacturers but they could not tell me which lens(es) were actually on backorder. Calling their customer service you get the same phony--literally--recording that makes it sound like you are waiting for a rep, but in my experience no one picks up and they put you on voicemail, then hang up on you. Completely bogus customer service. As noted by others, you cannot actually cancel your order online. My take on the 5 star reviews is that they may well have been written by the owners. Read them carefully.
