GBTook money from Pay Pal account, never delivered I ordered contact solution in August 2016, and money was deducted from my PayPal account immediately. I never received anything. For two weeks I have called the company, left messages on their website, and send e-mail to the address on my order confirmation. They do not return calls, emails, or messages of any kind. I have contacted PayPal, and hopefully they can help me get a refund.

GBDON'T DO IT!!! I had used this company for years, their prices are the best online, HOWEVER this time, I had a HORRIBLE experience. I placed my order on August 30th, received a confirmation one day later saying that my order was processing. On September 26th I sent an email to check on the status of my order. I had to email them in the past to check on the status but had always received a response. As of today, 10/14/2016, I have emailed them 7 times and left 4 messages and have yet to receive a correspondence. I am in the process of trying to get the money back from my Flexible Spending Account because they have already charged my card. I ended up having to place my order with another vendor. I'm not sure if they are on their way out of business, but this lack of response is INEXCUSABLE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

GBhorrible service To all that have ordered from the store I feel sorry!!!!! Customer service is awful I still haven't received any emails back I ordered it 3 days its been about 2 weeks I've been battling with them since October 6th and now its the 28th I still have not received my contacts I have only called them to try to remedy the situation and I have not been able to get through it hasn't been fun having the automated machine hang up on you. Who knows if I will ever see my contacts?

GBA V O I D !!! I ordered two boxes of contact lenses from webeyestore.com. The lenses I received were not what I ordered. Apparently the verification fax from my eye doctor did not match what I had ordered. Webeyestore.com made no attempt to contact either my eye doctor or myself to find out why there was a discrepancy. They simply substituted lenses of their choice and sent them to me. I had to pay out of my own pocket to return these lenses to webeyestore.com in exchange for what I was told would be store credit. Almost four weeks after I paid to return the lenses I received an email from webeyestore.com stating that I would be getting a refund on my credit card and not store credit. I now how to wait several billing cycles to see if I actually do get a refund. And of course they would not refund the $6.95 I had to pay for original S/H so I'm out that money as well. Webeyestore.com seems like an amateur operation. Very poor all-around.

GBWHERE IS MY ORDER!? I have ordered my contacts from this website for years. Historically they're a little slow, but they've always emailed me back within a couple days. I have emailed them, called them, and left voicemails for weeks now looking for my missing order with no response yet. At this point, I'm thinking they don't have the contacts but instead of telling me or letting me know, they took my money anyway (THAT'S STEALING). I still don't know if i'll ever receive my order, but contacts are a necessity that you can't just not deliver without any notice. I will be begin to take legal action if there is no response soon.
