GBHorrible Horrible. Stay far away. I bought and paid for Maui Jim sunglasses ($274.00). Was contacted by this “company” saying that they’re out of stock and i should be getting it in two weeks or less. it’s not over a month. I reported them to the BBB now I’m just waiting with my money gone the day I made the purchase. And still no sunglasses.

GBWrong choice ...... Ordered Gargoyles Firewall shades (Black/Smoke) on Nov 3 after being shown as available on website. Received email on Nov 6 saying the model was no longer available. I did have some misgivings ordering from a no-name site, but learned my lesson the hard way. Its only Amazon and Zappos from now on!

NLOrdered sunglasses, never heard anything?? Ordered sunglasses 5 days ago, have not heard anything from them yet!! Have send 2 emails, 1 instagram message, tried to call twice and left a voicemail. This is ridiculous, I payed $169!!

GBWorst Company EVER!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Never use this company! I thought this was a reputable company, but soon found out it is ran by a bunch a little kids and wannabe scam artists. My order shipped over a month after it was placed - and then charge to my account when it was shipped, not when it was ordered. By the time they decided they felt like sending my glasses, I had already ordered new ones from elsewhere (a reputable company that had my order to me within 5 business days and charged my account the day the order was placed), so I decided to return the order from eyesave. They give you a ups return shipping label to use - you should probably use your own though. I used this return label and sent my order back - watching my order via ups tracking number, I knew when the package was delievered to eyesave. As per their instructions on the website for returns, the order will take a week or so to be processed, so after seeing that the package was delivered I gave them a week or so to process it. After two weeks I called them to see how my return was going - they said the only problem is that they didnt recieve my order. I told them I had a ups tracking number that says it was delievered and signed for - I also used your shipping return label. She then told me that my package must have been lost - call back Monday and we will figure everything out. So I call back Monday, and they say they have my package but it wont be processed until Thursday, but thats when your money will be deposited - guaranteed. (YEA RIGHT!) Thursday comes along, still not deposit. I called again, this time to a woman telling me that they havent recived my package (once again) so they cant process my order. I got frustrated and hung up on her - called back got another representative that told me that the problem is that my package was delivered to the Detroit office, not the NY office. HELLO!-DO YOU THINK I'M STUPID, I HAVE A UPS DELIVERY CONFIRMATION STATING THAT THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO BROOKLYN, NY!!!! She also let me know that there's never a

GBHORRIBLE Too long to ship. Doesn't ship within stated 5-7 days. Does not respond to emails. Does not answer phones during working hours. Does not answer "live" chat during stated working hours. Charged credit card after telling them to cancel order and still haven't shipped it or responded to anything. disgusting way to do business.
