False Item Description/Would not replace with correct item Do not trust this company. There is a reason their prices are low. I ordered sunglasses with a particular lens that is normally much more expensive. Eyesave had them for $100 less. I selected the lens I wanted "Smith ChromaPop" with the frames I wanted "Frontman", ordered, sunglasses arrived after 4 WEEKS. I received the frames I wanted, but the lens was Smith's normal polarized lens. I told Eyesave's customer support they sent the wrong lens and explained that I'd like them to send the correct sunglasses and I would then return the originals. They replied and said "You can return the item free of charge." They did not grant my request. Then I sent photo proof to Eyesave's customer support. They didn't even reply after that. End result, I'm returning the sunglasses. If I do not receive a full refund (entirely), I will be in touch with them again.

On time good price I bought some reading glasses from these people. They were Tom Ford. The price was really good and I got them in under a week. I would recommend them if asked.

Ordered sunglasses, never heard anything?? Ordered sunglasses 5 days ago, have not heard anything from them yet!! Have send 2 emails, 1 instagram message, tried to call twice and left a voicemail. This is ridiculous, I payed $169!!

Take money but don't ship!!! Shipped 'partial order'. Have ignored repeated requests for remainder of order. If you want to 'roll the dice' and see if they ship product,after taking payment, these are your guys!

HORRIBLE Too long to ship. Doesn't ship within stated 5-7 days. Does not respond to emails. Does not answer phones during working hours. Does not answer "live" chat during stated working hours. Charged credit card after telling them to cancel order and still haven't shipped it or responded to anything. disgusting way to do business.
