Didn't get a 5 Star only because they… Didn't get a 5 Star only because they showed my item to be in Stocked then it wasn't. Kept trying to get me to purchase another brand in stocked. 3 attempts then money was refunded at a fast rate.

False advertising on shipping time Per their site: Your order is currently processing and is expected to ship soon. Please allow 2-3 business days from the date you placed your order for us to process and prepare your order to ship. Once we ship it you will automatically recieve an email with your tracking number and confirmation of shipment. Thank you! Fast forward 5 business days later, my order has yet to be shipped.

Unethical I never went on this website before. I never ordered anything here or via another party that would get its product from this website. Therefore, i have no idea how they got my credit card number and then proceeded to charge me. No receipt either. This was detected by my cc company and immediately labeled as fraud. This company is unethical and run by crooks, as other reviewers have experienced

This is fraud company This is fraud company. They just steal money from me. I placed an order about US$500 on Feb. 18, 2021. In April, GlassesEtc sent me an email they didn't have in stock. I asked refund. GlassedETC was lying that refund was deposited on April 28, however GlassesETC couldn't provide any evidence like receipt showing his refund. In my credit card account, no any refund from GlassesETC. This company is complete fraud company, cheating and lying to buyers.

Never ever do any business with this… Never ever do any business with this website, this is a totally scam!! I ordered a pair of Gucci glasses on here with an express delivery paid and is estimated to delivery for 3 days then ended up having my glasses delivered after 1 month. Yet the glasses I received were not as described so I requested a return but the seller is unable to provide me any details or label for returning. This is a totally scam! Do not buy from this website!!!!
