GBScam Scam. I was tricked into a duplicate order. Paid through Sezzle who debited my bank card immediately for the first installment- they won't refund until they get a response from the merchant. Merchant is GlassesEtc Their phone number does not exist. Their customer service number does not respond to calls and no contact person is available. I had to have my bank refund the money as a fraud claim.

GBI love these frames they fit me… I love these frames they fit me perfect. When I order them they were on back order as soon as they were back in stock they shipped it out which took about 3-4 days to come. Customer service was simply amazing will definitely order again and recommend to friends and family thanks for the amazing service.

GBI placed an order with this company… I placed an order with this company without properly researching. Upon completing said order, I awaited tracking info which was available a week later. All seemed normal until the order stated delivered. This order was never received nor was it delivered per the post office. Camera footage was reviewed and proved the postal system was in fact truthful. I sent many messages via email, with response to place a claim if I paid for insurance. No name, no contact information for the company itself. I called the number listed online to speak to an actual person red flags everywhere “ google customer unavailable” no directory, no company name just a generic recording. I fully believe this company is getting away with scamming people out of their hard earned money. DO NOT order with them!

GBDidn't get a 5 Star only because they… Didn't get a 5 Star only because they showed my item to be in Stocked then it wasn't. Kept trying to get me to purchase another brand in stocked. 3 attempts then money was refunded at a fast rate.

GBFalse advertising on shipping time Per their site: Your order is currently processing and is expected to ship soon. Please allow 2-3 business days from the date you placed your order for us to process and prepare your order to ship. Once we ship it you will automatically recieve an email with your tracking number and confirmation of shipment. Thank you! Fast forward 5 business days later, my order has yet to be shipped.
