Poor customer service Poor customer service I tired to contact the phone number that’s listed in the website it straight goes to voicemail, left 4 voicemail never returned my call, I tired to contact by email, guess what, no one responded either, I followed the steps listed in the website for return for refund, I returned my item, it was received and I am hoping to see the refund into my account since it has not passed 14 days of delivery date. I hope at least you will have someone to read this and try to improve lol By the way, the item quality was a poor as your customer service.

To be honest, I was very afraid of ordering from a online website that sell high brand name products. Usually once you receive the product it is not authentic along with cheap quality. *COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS* I received obviously fake ray-bans. If you don’t know what to look for or have some to compare side by side, you may be fooled. The frame coloring is way off, the check authenticity codes don’t work, stitching on the case isn’t right. Don’t use this company. They will claim its authentic because they don’t want to publicly admit their products are fake. Also, they will reply to public reviews quickly, but not customer service emails. 0 ⭐️ horrible company, dishonest, and unresponsive.

I've used EyewearDistrict twice in the… I've used EyewearDistrict twice in the past 6 months. The first order went smoothly and I was super excited when I saw another pair I liked. The second order had an issue with USPS where it showed delivered but I hadn't received it. I reached out to EyewearDistrict and they contacted USPS on my behalf. Sure enough, 2 days later the package arrived in my mailbox! Good service....Awesome shades...
