GB*COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS* I received obviously fake ray-bans. If you don’t know what to look for or have some to compare side by side, you may be fooled. The frame coloring is way off, the check authenticity codes don’t work, stitching on the case isn’t right. Don’t use this company. They will claim its authentic because they don’t want to publicly admit their products are fake. Also, they will reply to public reviews quickly, but not customer service emails. 0 ⭐️ horrible company, dishonest, and unresponsive.

GBI have been trying to contact this… I have been trying to contact this company for a couple of days now. I got tracking information from fedex that the glasses were supposed to be delivered on Monday 3/22. Then it updated to pending because the package has not been picked up by fedex. I'm trying to get answers as to why but no one is answering my emails. These were not cheap and I would like a full refund if these oakleys are not shipped within the next day or so. Order number #6090 This review stands as I finally received the glasses but I received the wrong ones. I ordered Oakley prizm guage 6 glasses which are the smaller ones and I'm a female with a smaller head. I received the guage 8s which are bigger and don't fit my head. Apparently this company only responds to reviews. Please contact me back to have this resolved.

GBHorrible customer service. Untrustworthy, dishonest, disrespectful Similar experience like others. I tried to contract them by calls and emails. I called the number on the website, it go to voicemail automatically. Yes, it is like other people said. They NEVER return my call. Emails, NEVER replied. I've called more than 20times, emailed 3 times. Order #6316. I'd like to cancel my order. Update1: They replied me here after posting this review. But never replied emails or calls. I was keeping calling and calling. They never respond. Untrusted, disrespectful. I've contract you in less 1 hr when I placed the order. Why won't you just answer the phone to make it easy? Horrible customer service. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

GBOrder #6646 lost in limbo! Order #6646 ordered 12/27 with 2 day USPS upcharge. FedEx label created with tracking number but nothing more. Will not answer emails or voice mail, next call will be to my credit card to dispute payment. poor poor customer service. Still no change, no response Stay away, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
