Can't even get a status update I placed an order 4 days ago. I know this doesn't sound long, but normally this company is quick. My order was incorrect so they corrected and I haven't heard anything since. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I would have canceled my order if I had known it was going to take days just to process my order. I have called and left a message to get a status update and I've emailed 4 times. No response. I called today two different times and no one is available so I get sent to voicemail. I also paid extra for faster shipping and I'm still waiting. Feels like I'm being ripped off.

I just wanted to say that my order arrived faster than I thought it would, the contents are exactly as I ordered and I saved a good bit of money from what 1800contacts.com was going to charge me. I ordered contact 3 weeks ago I ordered contact 3 weeks ago. My order still says processing. They got the money that night though. When I emailed them a week ago they said my prescription is not common have to order direct from the manufacturer. I've had this prescription for 4 years and I've never had a problem ordering it from any other company. I will never order from them again. I wont wait a month for contacts that I can order from somewhere else and get them in a week. My eye doctor had them in stock in the office for God's sake. I was able to get a pair while I waited for these since they're taking so long.
