GBFour Stars Earned As Follows Four stars earned as follows: two for lowest price, zero for processing and shipping time, zero for quality control, and two for customer service. It took nine days to receive the order, and the lenses received did not match the prescription. But when the problem was brought to ContactLens’s attention, they corrected it promptly and courteously.

GBShipping time Ordering, prices are great. Simple. But I'm a little disappointed in the shipping time. Purchase date was June 15 and it's June 25th.. still no contacts delivered!! Seriously.. very disappointed

GBHORRIBLE This was horrible. I guess this is what I get for trying to order discounted contacts. I never received my contacts even though the USPS said it was delivered. Their tracking number doesn't allow you to file a claim for the year of contacts I just ordered so your package is not insured. Usually when you purchase goods a good vendor make sure it arrives to you regardless of the third party that is involved. All they did was copy and paste things from the USPS website and took no responsibility in making sure their goods are delivered.

GBGreat customer service (even when things go off the rails) I'm a longtime customer. This year, I have been moving state to state throughout the summer. The last location I was in, I ordered contacts but had to leave before they arrived. Ack! They were returned to LensFast. I contacted the company and Melissa received the return and dispatched them to my new address! Very polite, helpful, and professional. The contacts are always in date and feel great!

AUAmazing Had never ordered from here before but needed contact lenses ASAP before Christmas. They came within 2 business days. Really happy with the service they provided aswell. Will definitely buy from here again
