GBCan't even get a status update I placed an order 4 days ago. I know this doesn't sound long, but normally this company is quick. My order was incorrect so they corrected and I haven't heard anything since. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I would have canceled my order if I had known it was going to take days just to process my order. I have called and left a message to get a status update and I've emailed 4 times. No response. I called today two different times and no one is available so I get sent to voicemail. I also paid extra for faster shipping and I'm still waiting. Feels like I'm being ripped off.

GBreliable service I've been using this company for several years now and am very satisfied! Shipping is pretty fast and prices are great! The only time I needed to contact customer service (I was changing the mailing address after the order had been processed) they responded quickly and did their best to help. Thankful for the consistently great service!

GBWORST SERVICE If I could give a zero I would. I realized immediately that I had selected + instead of - on my prescription and my chance found the phone number for the company I was told my a very rude customer service person I needed to email them and it would be taken care of. I did so and 2 weeks later I still received the wrong order. When I attempted to call there was no answer so I emailed again 48 hours later still no answer. So now I'm stuck with a pair of useless contacts I cant use :( Worst service ever!
