Ordered some glasses on the 26th June… Ordered some glasses on the 26th June and its now 13th July and have not heard from anybody from specs collective even though I have also emailed them twice. At this point I'm beginning to believe and question if the company actually exists.

Great Customer Service I broke my glasses and needed a new pair. I found a pair of sunglasses and called to see if clear lenses could be used. We decided to correspond through email for the rest of the transaction. The customer service was great, they humored all of my ideas when comparing frames, and they turned around a rendering with the frames on me to preview extremely quickly. They also allowed me to split the cost with an HSA and upgrade my shipping to overnight. The lenses are spot on with my prescription and the AR coating that comes by default is nice. I would absolutely recommend working with them, just reach out to them and I imagine you'll receive a similar experience.

First time ordering from Specs… First time ordering from Specs Collective. Bought a hard to find pair of frames off the website. Got a promt response with info on when the order would ship. After getting a follow up email from Oliver, I decided to ask him if he had a lead on some hard to find replacement parts for some vintage Matsuda frames (that I didn't buy from them). Oliver went out of his way to find and source the parts I was looking for. Got everything I was looking for promptly with no issues. On this day of automation, it's refreshing to get personalized help from an actual human that is professional and enthusiastic about what they do. Thanks again Oliver. Good choice, service and price. Had the color that the local shop couldn't get. Has a virtual try-on service. And price is good as well, with fast shipping and good communication.

Love Specs Collective! Amazing! I already own a pair of Kaelos Elliot’s and came back for a 2nd pair. Kealos Mittys. Oliver was simply outstanding to work with. He helped me to place my order and was prompt in answering all my questions, even about forecasted shipping. My new glasses came as projected today and the script is perfect and they are lighter weight than my Elliot lenses. They need a minor adjustment for fit which I can do here in NY. I will be sending my Elliot’s to specs collective to update with new script. Fantastic company with Fantastic service!
