GBExcellent customer service & cute frames Needed to return a pair for an exchange for a mistake I made in my prescription. The new pair arrived two days after I sent the return back. Easiest customer service experience ever. Also, these frames are adorable and the lens are correct. I will always order through Befitting.

GBDelayed delivery and their system… Delayed delivery and their system doesn't recognize whether an insurance policy provides one or two frames per year if an exiting order is in progress. Spoke to one of customer presentative and all I was advised is to cancel my second order but they mentioned that i can get 30% off but not open to discuss about the numbers/balance that I need to pay after that discount. I am never going to back befitting.
