GBNo response after nearly 2 weeks of placing the order Once I placed my order that said 5-7 day shipping, I got an email that said to send prescription and it might be 5-7 days before they even respond. At this point I thought that was reasonable. I sent the pictures in, and have followed up 4 times now, and it has been 2 weeks with not even a single acknowledgement email. If you are going to take some crazy amount like over a month to respond, then either let the customers know, don’t give false hope, and have someone solely focus on responding to email providing updates. I can see that reviews on here are getting a response within a day…. So why not our emails? I’m cancelling now and going elsewhere.

GBBetter than I imagined I was a little apprehensive at first. The frames that I received were better than I had anticipated. I would say excellent. Also the fit is perfect. Progressive and photo sensitive lenses!!! Couldn’t ask for better.

GBOrdered a pair of Oakley Sunglasses Ordered a pair of Oakley Sunglasses. Processing and production time took 3 weeks. Overall happy with the purchase but be prepared to wait. Had to order a temporary pair from another company while I waited which came within 3 days total.

GBExcellent customer service & cute frames Needed to return a pair for an exchange for a mistake I made in my prescription. The new pair arrived two days after I sent the return back. Easiest customer service experience ever. Also, these frames are adorable and the lens are correct. I will always order through Befitting.
