GBPrices were misleading Prices were misleading. Summary of total was different than actual cost AFTER credit card information was confirmed. Took 40 minutes on chat, over 3 hours waiting for call back. Apparently there is a 39.99 handling fee for each box of contacts. When asked why this wasn't on summary of order I was told it would take further investigation. After holding for over 40 minutes for an agent I was done. Canceled my order. No Cost savings and a big hassle. Would not use this company.

GBI placed the order on the 14th of April… I placed the order on the 14th of April it says 5 to 7 business days today is the 30th of April more that the 7 business days and still I do not have them. I have been use this company for years always on time and good service but today was not the case I am sorry as I do need them ASAP.

GBI had ordered contact lenses and I… I had ordered contact lenses and I urgently needed them, even paid extra for two day shipping. It’s been over a week and my order hasn’t processed because my prescription wasn’t approved however the site policy states that the order would be process after 8 hours if no response. It’s been over 8 business hours and my order hasn’t been processed.
