GBI had ordered contact lenses and I… I had ordered contact lenses and I urgently needed them, even paid extra for two day shipping. It’s been over a week and my order hasn’t processed because my prescription wasn’t approved however the site policy states that the order would be process after 8 hours if no response. It’s been over 8 business hours and my order hasn’t been processed.

GBMy order is delayed for the second… My order is delayed for the second time! I spoke with a supervisor who said they couldn’t send me a partial supply of contacts, even though I’m going to run out of contacts. My account was charged BEFORE the shipment, which is unusual practice. Very disappointing

GBI love this kind of contacts the… I love this kind of contacts the Biomedics 55. I’ve tried other kinds and they rip so easy. Also love the prices. I usually order 6 boxes each but I have another eye appointment in September so I’ll order more after that. Thank you Jeanne Sizemore

GBorder vs ship dates I have had to wait an unexpected lengthy delivery time, up to 3 weeks for shipment from the order date, for the past 3 out of 4 orders. It would be nice if the original order stated the delay instead of the email that follows days behind. That would give an option to make alternative arrangements. For an 4/20 order, I won't receive my lenses until approx. 5/8, which isn't how the delivery time used to be.
