GBPrices were misleading Prices were misleading. Summary of total was different than actual cost AFTER credit card information was confirmed. Took 40 minutes on chat, over 3 hours waiting for call back. Apparently there is a 39.99 handling fee for each box of contacts. When asked why this wasn't on summary of order I was told it would take further investigation. After holding for over 40 minutes for an agent I was done. Canceled my order. No Cost savings and a big hassle. Would not use this company.

GBOrder delays creates less loyalty Delaying filling my order makes me think that I should try another vendor next time. You should expedite special orders of contacts that you don't keep in stock.

GBLens.com is the best place to buy contacts Lens.com is the most affordable site to order contacts with their awesome rebates! I only order from them. Usually quick with shipping and rebate eventually comes....sometimes takes awhile but not always.

GBorder vs ship dates I have had to wait an unexpected lengthy delivery time, up to 3 weeks for shipment from the order date, for the past 3 out of 4 orders. It would be nice if the original order stated the delay instead of the email that follows days behind. That would give an option to make alternative arrangements. For an 4/20 order, I won't receive my lenses until approx. 5/8, which isn't how the delivery time used to be.
