GBorder vs ship dates I have had to wait an unexpected lengthy delivery time, up to 3 weeks for shipment from the order date, for the past 3 out of 4 orders. It would be nice if the original order stated the delay instead of the email that follows days behind. That would give an option to make alternative arrangements. For an 4/20 order, I won't receive my lenses until approx. 5/8, which isn't how the delivery time used to be.

GBI placed the order on the 14th of April… I placed the order on the 14th of April it says 5 to 7 business days today is the 30th of April more that the 7 business days and still I do not have them. I have been use this company for years always on time and good service but today was not the case I am sorry as I do need them ASAP.

GBChanging ETAs multiple times is “no bueno” Kinda sucky that you give me a date that your “supplier” will ship, and then change the date over and over. This is the second year in a row that you’ve underperformed. Great price and product, but, like most people, I would like to be able to see in a timely manner.

GBI had ordered contact lenses and I… I had ordered contact lenses and I urgently needed them, even paid extra for two day shipping. It’s been over a week and my order hasn’t processed because my prescription wasn’t approved however the site policy states that the order would be process after 8 hours if no response. It’s been over 8 business hours and my order hasn’t been processed.
