Amazing!! Amazing!!! Customer service was great. I wasn't sure they could help me with having a high Prescription, but no problem at all. I never leave reviews but the value and quality is that good. Will be buying again. Thank you.

Lacking in customer support/care The communication with this company was absolutely abysmal! Received my order eleven days after I was sent a text to say my order had been dispatched. Customer support/care was extremely unhelpful. Such a shame, because the glasses are what I ordered. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the customer care or lack of.

Too risky to use again Too risky to use again. Took twice as long to arrive. Ordered 3rd July - Arrived 27th July. Ignored me when I wanted to complain and/or cancel. Glasses are lightweight but seem OK so far. Had a better experience with Spex4Less.

There is an error with my prescription There is an error with my prescription. I have emailed but have not had a response. Update Feb 2023 - Glasses Hut ignored my emails but did eventually respond to my website submission. After some dialogue, they did send the correct item with the correct prescription. Overall, I think there are better companies providing this product.

Good Product, poor service The glasses themselves were fine when delivered. However, the delivery was later than the stated delivery time; my order disappeared from their website, so I was unable to check it, and when I contacted them about the delay, I recieved no reply. So good glasses, poor service.
