Customer service is lacking Unfortunately the glasses were unfit for purpose due to the frames being very small. This was disappointing especially as we spent ages using virtual try ons.This wouldn’t have been reason for 1 star. However we have now contacted Glasses Hut several times to ask how to return, which is stated clearly that we can do on their website, however we have yet to have any replies or acknowledgment.

Waiting Can't give a review on glasses yet as I haven't received them. Ordered on 4th September, 15 days later still waiting. I'm mainly disappointed because when ordering the glasses it stated they would be ready in 6-9 days, I'd rather it said minimum 2 weeks then at least I would have known a timescale.

Choice, price, simplicity of ordering all amazing! Choice of glasses frames was far better than I could find elsewhere, with floral, multicoloured and a variety of shapes available. As someone who looks for interesting design and colour, that was my main reason for ordering from you -and prices and ease of ordering were amazing!
