I was sent the wrong glasses initially, and didn't think worth following up as I knew these had shipped from China, and frankly didnt think I would get a response. However, I mentioned this in a review and customer services contacted me and then shipped the correct glasses. Both sets of glasses are great quality (love the bendy hinges) and fun!

Sizing problem? No problem! Had a sizing problem and Eyekeeper solved my problem completely for me. I neglected to notice that the glasses come in different widths and sizes and I guess I got the average size? I needed a smaller size but didn't contact them until I had used the glasses and disposed of all the packaging. They have offered me a partial refund which I will use to purchase a more favourable size. I'm happy! What great customer service!!

I can see clearly now! I ordered my glasses after seeing them advertised on Insta, ordered on 09 January they arrived 20 January. Unfortunately my husband took in the package and put it somewhere obscure. I've only just found them today (15 Feb). I emailed Eyekeeper yesterday to find out when they'd be delivered and wondering if I'd bought from a dud business. They replied very swiftly with a photo of my parcel outside my front door so I went in a search and found them! They are great! I'm wearing them now. They feel solid and yet flexible, the colours are bold and the lenses very clear and accurate. I'm so pleased with the purchase and the companies diligent customer service.

My shipment was delayed, and since I'm used to long delivery times when waiting for stuff produced outside of Europe, I didn't pay much attention. The team at Eyekeeper thought otherwise and sent me an e-mail to excuse the apparently lost package, asking me if I wanted a refund or a resend. I went for the latter. Turns out I get both shipments in the end... I offered to return the second set of sunglasses, but Eyekeeper offered me to keep them.

Even though cheap, still not worth it. I loved the glasses when they arrived. Nice and chunky like I prefer. But that didn't last long. I've only been wearing them a couple of weeks , you can't tighten the screws because there aren't any. Which seemed like a good idea, but now the arms are floppy and they just slide off. Useless.
