They corrected a mistake on the glasses… They corrected a mistake on the glasses that were sent. they were defected and replaced for free

Even though cheap, still not worth it. I loved the glasses when they arrived. Nice and chunky like I prefer. But that didn't last long. I've only been wearing them a couple of weeks , you can't tighten the screws because there aren't any. Which seemed like a good idea, but now the arms are floppy and they just slide off. Useless.

The focal length was correct The focal length was correct. The frames fit very well. I am using them regularly and I like the glasses.

Screwless over sized glasses The screwless over sized glasses I bought look good, but within 2 weeks part of both arms has broken meaning they don't sit properly anymore. Its a shame but they don't look that robust.

Great customer service When I contacted the team to let them know I didn’t receive my order, they revealed to me that it had in fact been sent to my previous address( my mistake entirely). However they very kindly offered to either refund or replace my original order much to my surprise as I had considered it “ lost”. Full marks for great customer service.
