GBUnscrupulous Company Spoke to a Matthew April, 8 024 on first call set up an appointment for a consultant to show me different type of hearing aids . She arrived with a predetermined Behind the Ear Aid , the wire from aid was so short it sat on top of my ear .After several days of aid falling off my ear requested a ear mold be made and longer wires for my next appointment 10 days away .One day before appointment was told they no longer make ear molds and manufacture had not delivered wires. requested a refund . Contacted my CC company to let them know what was happening they told me Yes Hearing billed me for entire amount 1 week after initial contact Matthew told me I had 45 days from my first appointment to cancel the order for a full refund, Run away from Yes Hearing , they are not who they pretend to be

GBNew but not working I received my new hearing aids then went through the two sessions to install the app on my phone then do the hearing test and when it was over there was no noticeable audio from the hearing aids. They said they would look into why they did not work and get back to me. That was Friday and it is now Tuesday night and nothing. I'm not impressed with support and will request a refund if nothing happens soon.

GBHard to get refund for cancelled purchase I canceled my purchase prior to receiving any products or services. A charge of $4950.00 was placed against my credit card at the beginning of my activity with Yes Hearing, and I have been struggling to get this charge removed. I contacted my credit card issuer and filed a formal dispute. Buyer beware!!

GBA very positive audiologist experience Just as represented in initial phone call. Being a former Beltone customer I was initially impressed by the audiologist who came to my home and did a much more professional and thorough testing of my hearing and explaining in detail the results. This was much appreciated and based on this she set up my new Oticon Intents to a result I never achieved with Beltone. She explained everything and demonstrated as necessary. The price was a major savings over Beltone and the product seems superior to Beltone's top-of-the-line being offered at double the price. Feel confident I can get excellent help in the future based on my audiologist experience.
