GBUnscrupulous Company Spoke to a Matthew April, 8 024 on first call set up an appointment for a consultant to show me different type of hearing aids . She arrived with a predetermined Behind the Ear Aid , the wire from aid was so short it sat on top of my ear .After several days of aid falling off my ear requested a ear mold be made and longer wires for my next appointment 10 days away .One day before appointment was told they no longer make ear molds and manufacture had not delivered wires. requested a refund . Contacted my CC company to let them know what was happening they told me Yes Hearing billed me for entire amount 1 week after initial contact Matthew told me I had 45 days from my first appointment to cancel the order for a full refund, Run away from Yes Hearing , they are not who they pretend to be

GBLeyla & Shawn went Above & Beyond! Leyla and Shawn went above and beyond to help us get hearing aids for my Dad. Being in a rural area made things more challenging, but Leyla and Shawn took care of us and followed through to fitting completion. Yes Hearing is fortunate to have them both!

GBRoses Hearing.com Costumer care Knocks it out of the park! Went to Roses Hearing.com on 78 Faunce Corner Rd in North Dartmouth, MA. I saw Brad Hilston and John Zoumboulis. I was lready identified with a hearing loss and gave them the paperwork. They were: kind, patient; informative and well versed on their products. Rarely do I write a rave review but these gentleman are outstanding. Lathan from Yes Hearing, who connected me to Roses hearing was so reassuring and knowledgeable. It was also great to be able to budget the cost over two years thanks to CreditCare. Great job Yes.Hearing and Roses!

GBYesHearing Bravo! I am so grateful for these hearing aids. They make a world of difference for me. Having the audiologist come to my home and program the hearing aids was great. Once I put them on in the morning, I leave them on all day until I go to bed. I can't feel them, it feels like having new ears. I no longer have to ask people to repeat themselves. I can hear everything even in crowded situations. I didn’t realize I was not participating in events and meetings because I couldn’t hear. I also read that people that don’t address their hearing problems are more prone to dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. At 77 years old I want to do everything I can to stay healthy. I can resume my ceramic studio work as I can now join in the conversations of my fellow potters. I also like being able to recharge them in the pod that comes with them and I can change volume and situations right on my iPhone.
