Exceptional Customer Service The customer service. I don't often give glowing reviews for anything, but from late July, to today in late November, both Stephen in sales and Leyla in customer service have not only been very friendly and courteous while answering any and all of my questions, but also have gone above and beyond to do whatever they can to help me and make sure I'm happy. Thanks to both of you, my experience has been great. I feel more like I'm dealing with friends than just a company.

Unscrupulous Company Spoke to a Matthew April, 8 024 on first call set up an appointment for a consultant to show me different type of hearing aids . She arrived with a predetermined Behind the Ear Aid , the wire from aid was so short it sat on top of my ear .After several days of aid falling off my ear requested a ear mold be made and longer wires for my next appointment 10 days away .One day before appointment was told they no longer make ear molds and manufacture had not delivered wires. requested a refund . Contacted my CC company to let them know what was happening they told me Yes Hearing billed me for entire amount 1 week after initial contact Matthew told me I had 45 days from my first appointment to cancel the order for a full refund, Run away from Yes Hearing , they are not who they pretend to be

She has even checked in several times after everything was complete to make sure all was well.
