Nice quick service Nice quick service, my only constructive thought would be - to mark the boxes with RIGHT or LEFT. I was able to figure it out but why not just complete the order and follow up with excellent Customer Service.

During a long weekend out of town I realized I failed to pack enough lenses, I quickly placed my order (along with my frantic email) and I was more than pleased when they arrived for me the next morning. Fabulous customer service! I have been ordering off Contacts Express since 2017 and have never had any issues! I recently placed an order, not realizing I selected the wrong prescription for one of my eyes. I reached out to customer service, and they were SO helpful! Not only were they polite to deal with, but they have also sent out a replacement pack for free!!! I will always recommend Contacts Express to anyone!!! :)
