Amazing experience - highly recommend! I made a mistake with my prescription and did not notice until after I received my order. I emailed customer service on a holiday weekend for help. Within two hours, they had a new order prepared and shipped out! Plus a return label emailed to me to send the wrong ones back. A few days later, my correct order arrived and it's exactly what I needed. Also the prices are excellent! As a new customer, I am beyond impressed. Contacts Express is now the only place that I will shop for contact lenses. Highly recommend.

Excellent service as per usual Although I do not like the price hike on lenses and may not use them any more, the products themselves are excellent, and delivered as usual in a timely manner. I ordered on a Sunday and they were in my hand on Thursday, which is the norm with this company. I also for the first time took advantage of the free sunglasses offer and although they are pretty cheap looking the tint is best I have ever had in sunglasses, wish I'd gotten them before now.

Great Experience I have always had great experience with this company and have saved substantially from buying from US companies. On my most recent experience, my prescription was changed before the year was up and I had recently ordered the previous contacts. I called and spoke with Diana and she was amazing and said they would replace my 90 days of contacts with the new prescription free of charge. I was absolutely thrilled with her interaction and with the great policy this company has. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
