Fabulous customer service! I have been ordering off Contacts Express since 2017 and have never had any issues! I recently placed an order, not realizing I selected the wrong prescription for one of my eyes. I reached out to customer service, and they were SO helpful! Not only were they polite to deal with, but they have also sent out a replacement pack for free!!! I will always recommend Contacts Express to anyone!!! :)

Contacts express is amazing Contacts express is amazing. I ordered the wrong strength and didn't realize until I put my contacts in. I thought maybe they would exchange just the box I didn't open. But they went above and beyond and exchanged both boxes for me. I now have the correct lenses and I am so grateful.

I have never had contacts that I have… I have never had contacts that I have gone through so quickly, opened one and it came with a hair line rip. Contacts seem to be a cheaper quality and I’ve always used the acuve brand
