Can't say enough about LensesRx.com. The only nit-picky thing I wish they had were more complete measurements on all frames, with respect to the lens width and height. Some are incomplete.

GBNew frames and lenses were delivered fast and saved me $$$.. I have ordered several replacement lenses in past years from Lensesrx with great success. This is the first time that I ordered both frames and transition lenses from them. I picked out frames I liked the best when I was in my Optometrist office and was able to find the exact same frames at Lensesrx for about 1/2 the price. Frames and lenses with all the options I wanted were about 1/2 the cost compared to my Optometrist. Lensesrx delivered my new glasses by USPS faster than promised. I will definitely use Lensesrx in the future for both frames and lenses.

GBTracking package is unnecessarily… Tracking package is unnecessarily difficult. You don't even send the tracking number, and then you ask me to link my Google account, etc.. On top of that, your service takes way too long to deliver the product.

GBI ordered and paid in full including… I ordered and paid in full including expedited shipping fee for an order I made, and sent in my frames and paper work to them via USPS priority mail. A few days later I got 2 Confirmation emails informing me that they received my frames and paper work, and that production on my glasses had begun. It clearly stated that ETA for completion was 1 to 5 Business days. On the 5th day when I hadn't heard from them, I contacted them via email & phone to check on the order progress. Later that day they they left a message on my phone telling me my order was still in the early stages of completion because foe the past few days their lab was closed to to religious observance. I was then told to check with them next week and they may be able to tell me more...Next week will put me way past the POSTED ETA completion time of 1-5 Business days, and I desperately need my glasses...*Note: I do not anywhere posted on their site a prevision for work stoppage on a valid order do to religious observance...
