They quickly followed up with a video call to "fine tune" them. Don’t go anywhere but here! Amazing! You need to get your hearing aids from Direct Hearing. The follow through service is excellent and I saved $2000 by going through this company. I was worried about not being able to go into an office for the initial adjustment but Will did it remotely. It was easy, so helpful and just as good (if not better) than going through an audiology office. I can’t recommend them ( and Will) enough! I’d do 10 stars if I could!
