The hearing specialist was prompt, knowledgeable and helpful with a sense of caring regarding my hearing experience with my new Phonak Audéo 9 hearing aids. This is my first hour with these hearing aids and they feel and sound very well. Maybe I will do a followup review in a couple of weeks. It feels like I will be raving about my Phonak Audèo L9 series.

Severe hearing troubles With the severe hearing loss I have, from start to the arrival and into the programming of the hearing aids has been great. Still getting used to them as I’ve only had these a couple of weeks. So far so good. The staff has been great to work with. From emails, phone calls and texts, top notch service.

I love my new hearing aids I love my new hearing aids! They're far better than any others I've ever had. The only problem I had was that when they were set up (on zoom) to connect with my phone, somehow all my phone contacts were erased, and it's been difficult to retrieve them. Otherwise, it's been good. Thank you
