GBAMAZING Customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AMAZING Customer service. I was very skeptical at first since I had always dealt with local hearing aid companies. I had ordered and was using the Signia C&G 7IX from one of those local companies. I paid $4200 for the pair. I only had them for two weeks and saw the Direct Hearing website offering them for over $1000 less!. I immediately returned the pair I had just bought and was told that Direct Hearing prices weren't true, and that I would have to pay for every adjustment, and that they were probably a bogus company. NOT TRUE!!!! I ordered them and got them within a week. Direct Hearing immediately responded to my text messages, set up a remote consult, and adjustments. Will Russell was FABULOUS! I was a bit nervous about a remote adjustment, but it went SO SMOOTHLY I will forever use Direct Hearing!

GBSevere hearing troubles With the severe hearing loss I have, from start to the arrival and into the programming of the hearing aids has been great. Still getting used to them as I’ve only had these a couple of weeks. So far so good. The staff has been great to work with. From emails, phone calls and texts, top notch service.

GBI love my new hearing aids I love my new hearing aids! They're far better than any others I've ever had. The only problem I had was that when they were set up (on zoom) to connect with my phone, somehow all my phone contacts were erased, and it's been difficult to retrieve them. Otherwise, it's been good. Thank you

GBGreat experience It's early days, but so far I am thrilled with the price, professionalism and support I have received from Hearing Direct. I got the aids I wanted at a great price and anticipate that ongoing support will live up to expectations. They have experienced people to support you with actual industry/manufacturer experience in some cases. No one in my region sells the brand of HA I wanted, so I was looking at 8 hours round trip to go to a physical location. If you are comfortable with "tech," video calls, and educating yourself to a degree on features and functionality, I found the process to be relatively painless. Each person's situation is different, but I am very happy.

AUExcellent service Will, the Direct Hearing audiologist was great. Knew what he was doing and ran the entire hearing aid review and update process very professionally. Made the whole process easy. Best decision i have made was to buy from Direct Hearing even though I had some reservations being in Australia. Everything from purchase to adjustment has been great. They do exactly what they say.
