GBI ordered 2 pairs of shoes on the apex… I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on the apex website since they offered a coupon. Charged my card, but after 2 weeks no shoes. Tried calling customer service, no answer. Called a different number from the bank charge and they say the companies are separate, not able to help. Write to them on message board, let them know I'm getting in touch with bank, shoes are shipped out, but they block me from message board. The shoes arrived but aren't good. $70 to send back.

CAReturning my shoes is a HASSLE! Returning policy says hassle free BUT IT IS NOT hassle free!! It has been nothing but a pain in the A$$. Tried to call and no customer service! Very disappointed.

GBHorrific Customer Service & QC Horrific Customer Service & QC: I have to echo the sentiment of fellow reviewers regarding the soles being prone to disintegration. My aging father has had his shoes quite literally a few days over the 6-month warranty only to be dismissed by Apex Foot Health Industries' Returns Coordinator Simone Allen and other representatives. Sadly, the shoes were purchased as a gift from his overly generous and unemployed wife with the hopes of addressing his pain. It is clear to me that my father's inactive lifestyle has not distressed the soles. While he was a marathon runner in his youth, he is now a listless individual wearing shoes with soles that are falling apart. The look is not particularly aspirational for those considering Apex footwear. To summarize, it is simply a poor quality product and clearly the company does not care to address their issues. I will be researching better products and finding a new orthopedic shoe while with him for Thanksgiving - as he has been vocally distraught over the entire ordeal. I hope this review serves as a warning to anyone considering Apex products.

GBNo shoes and out $100 I ordered very expensive shoes from this company for nursing school. A MONTH after the order my shoes were still not processed or shipped. I'm starting school soon and I still have not received my $100 sneakers. I e-mailed the company and nobody got back to me, I also called several times and was listening to hold music for 30 min after which time it sounded like someone picked up without saying anything and then hung up. You can't even cancel an order on the site without talking to somebody. Now I have no shoes for school and I'm pretty sure I just lost $100 too. I'm wondering if this is even a real company or a scam site that doesn't really have any employees.
