GBWhere is my Refund I returned the hearing aids I ordered and followed all of the protocols for the return to ensure I received a full refund. This return was accepted by Bossa on Feb 29, 2024 and it is now April 22, 2024 and I have yet to receive the refund. I keep get promises by the supervisor that Finance has been contacted multiple times yet they cannot tell me when I will receive it. I am disgusted by the amount of time I have had to put into getting my money back! BBB here I come.

CAI am writing this review on behalf of…J. Van Nus I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly mother. She ordered a pair of hearing aids from this company on 27/02/24. Payment was immediately processed on the credit card she provided. It is now 30/04/24 and still no hearing aids. She has contacted them several times on her own and has been given the same standard excuses as related in many other reviews on this site. I sent them a message on her behalf on 21/04/24 asking for a refund. We received a message telling us that her order had been processed on 19/04/24 and were provided a tracking number from US Postal Service. Well that turned out to be another tactic of this company as the product has still not shipped according to the US Postal Service tracking site. We will try and get a refund. From what I have read from other reviews on this site I am not optimistic there will be any positive outcome.

CAA Low-Cost Alternative In terms of pricing, Bossa cannot be beat. My wife and I purchased two sets; one for each of us. We just received our products. Therefore, we are still in the "getting accustom stage". As a result, it is still too early to make an assessment on the products. However, the process is going well so far. Bossa is a great alternative to having to spend thousands of dollars on hearing aids. We consider hearing loss to be like any other ailment. We see no need for people to be gouged financially in order to address their hearing loss. Thank you Bossa!

GBAfter I ordered I found out that the… After I ordered I found out that the item was no longer in stock it was sold out so I was given the option to take a refund or they would send me the next best hearing aide with insurance all at no extra cost. After receiving my hearing aides I could not be more satisfied with my purchase Thank you all that I had the pleasure of speaking to

GBPossibly scammed Never received the product.contacted customer service their response is refund will be remitted in 3 to 5 days.has been over a month now.sent several emails still no refund.contacted the BBB.still waiting.possible scam. Finally after several weeks and after this review I received my refund.
