GBI'm writing for my husband who has had… I'm writing for my husband who has had his TX5mini+ for little more than a week now after my daughter in law suggested we order a pair of hearing aids online. ( We all knew that it was not going to be a good experience with the wearing due to my father in law and brother in law having paid boo koo bucks, top of the line hearing aids and complaining about them ) , I did research and found these were the best for the money and felt that if my husband didn't like, we weren't out a lot of money, But when they arrived, about 3 weeks, my husband actually read the instructions and off he went. He had them to pass his CDL test, with flying colors, has easily learned how to adjust volume, swapped out the different size cones for adjustment and is amazed with what he was missing to hear! Seems a shame the other low raters didn't have the patience to wait on delivery. My daughter in law has told her dad who has expensive hearing aids to order from Bossa as well as his expensive ones are in the repair shop. Good product, would certainly recommend !

AUTX-5 Mini Hearing Aids… No word I purchased TX-5 Mini Hearing Aids order number #203745 on the 03/04/2024. I received an order confirmation email on the 04/04/2024. It said that the delivery would be between 1 - 2 weeks. Its now 24/04/2024. I haven't received any information, no tracking, nothing. I sent a polite email and haven't heard anything back. I'm eager to give good feedback, if I receive a working pair. Bossa please let me know something. My old hearing aids have broke. Australia isn't that far away?!

GBAfter I ordered I found out that the… After I ordered I found out that the item was no longer in stock it was sold out so I was given the option to take a refund or they would send me the next best hearing aide with insurance all at no extra cost. After receiving my hearing aides I could not be more satisfied with my purchase Thank you all that I had the pleasure of speaking to

GBTakes time to adjust I ordered the TX5 but after waiting 3 weeks for it to be shipped, I told Bossa to cancel my order. Instead they offered to send me the 2024 TX1at no additional cost which I accepted. It arrived about a week later. I don't like that to adjust the volume you need to use the tiny screwdriver that was supplied. It's inconvenient to use especially when I'm not at home. Also the manual says to turn the aids on after inserting in ears which is very hard to do since it's a very small switch. The feedback is a very high whistle and it took several attempts at adjusting volume and trying different ear plugs as they suggested. Finally after several days it stopped the feedback. I now wear them often and have to say they seem even better than my expensive aids. The background noise is less than my expensive aids and they fit comfortably in my ears.

GBWhere is my Refund I returned the hearing aids I ordered and followed all of the protocols for the return to ensure I received a full refund. This return was accepted by Bossa on Feb 29, 2024 and it is now April 22, 2024 and I have yet to receive the refund. I keep get promises by the supervisor that Finance has been contacted multiple times yet they cannot tell me when I will receive it. I am disgusted by the amount of time I have had to put into getting my money back! BBB here I come.
