Where is my Refund I returned the hearing aids I ordered and followed all of the protocols for the return to ensure I received a full refund. This return was accepted by Bossa on Feb 29, 2024 and it is now April 22, 2024 and I have yet to receive the refund. I keep get promises by the supervisor that Finance has been contacted multiple times yet they cannot tell me when I will receive it. I am disgusted by the amount of time I have had to put into getting my money back! BBB here I come.

Boss hearing aids I have a pair of hearing aids provided by the Veterans Administration and I can adjust every feature from my cell phone. I would have given it a 5 if the hearing aids from Bosa had the same features.

We are Very pleased My husband and i both ordered your hearing aides for the ear ringing advantage. For the most part they have worked well and knowing what we know now would purchase them again. One thing we especially like is the ability to recharge earing aides multiple times with only one charge of the charger.
