GBshipping issues I purchased the scooter over the phone and paid 2000 plus dollars. Overall service was okay but my main complaint is while trying to sell me the scooter I was given false information on who the shippers would be. I was told it would be shipped buy a reputable company like FedEx freight. But unfortunately r&l carriers got my package and it was a nightmare. I've had past experiences with r&l Carriers and would never have purchased the scooter if I would have been told it was them delivering it. I notified spinlife and they told me that there's nothing they can do about it. It was a pure nightmare but I did receive my scooter even though it took forever and numerous phone calls to both spin life and r&l Carriers. You need to stop being so cheap and ship it first class to satisfy your customers, now I know why it's his free shipping. Customer beware and don't believe everything they tell you cuz they're going to say whatever it takes to get your money and then you're stuck. Overall they were okay but I wouldn't recommend. I probably would have received it quicker by carrier pigeon!

GBGreat Company with Excellent Service I’m a returning customer to SpinLife and I have found them to be an excellent company to work with. The products are great. The customer service is excellent. If there is an unexpected problem they respond quickly to resolve the issue.

GBAll around bad experience with this company I am an occupational therapist at a state run hospital in NC. We ordered a tilt in space wheelchair (model VIP 515) from Spinlife. The gas strut that controls the tilt in space feature broke within 3 months. Due to the state system moving slowly by the time we got the wheelchair ordered, approved by management and issued to the patient she used it for less than 3 months when it broke but it had been 6 months and 3 days between order date and our first contact with the company for a repair. That contact was a phone transfer nightmare where the customer service rep Danica transferred me to the "service" department who said they only do service on electric wheelchairs and transferred me back to Danica who replied "I'll be sure to get you to someone who can help you in service". I got transferred again and got the same service person who said the same thing and sent me back to Danica. At this point i got irritated and she said she would have to reach out to the manufacturer. We had to send a video of what it was doing as well as the original order and all documentation only to be told that part only had a 6 month warranty. NO WHERE in the warranty info does it say the gas strut has a 6 month warranty. In fact, it says that only the frame has a limited lifetime warranty and everything else (parts and all labor) is not covered (is gas strut part of the frame?). So they seem to make things up regarding the warranty and reported they have no repair technicians that can install the part although the website says they do. All in all, this is a bad experience and the company seems to only want to make the sale then forget about you. Also, during the ordering process, the physical therapist called the company to inquire about the tilt mechanism/red handle and the rep told her the wrong information! They don't even know their own products. Our hospital will not ever be ordering this company ever again due to their inferior customer service and products.

GBEmpowering Decisions, No Pressure: A Customer-Centered Experience The customer service was helpful and kind. Everything was explained clearly, and the additional options were offered and what they were used for explained so that I could make a decision, but I was not pressured into purchasing anything. I appreciate the practice of sending the quote so we can talk it over as a couple and then being able to purchase without the pressure of someone on the phone.
