WHY CAN'T I RECORD A NO STAR REVIEW? I RECEIVED THREE BOTTLES OF A SUPPLEMENT THAT I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT DID NOT ORDER LOOKS SUSPICIOUS I CONTACTED THEM NO HELP WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS SERIOUS FRAUD HAPPENING BUYER BEWARE !!!!

I’ve called several times to check on returns on two different orders and they keep giving the story about 2 weeks and then some after it arrives and by golly you better have some tracking number for everything or else you’ll get some other BS story ... they were good many years ago but now is a scam or they have 3 people in return department.

I wish I could give them zero stars I wish I could give them zero stars. There is nothing good about this company it is a scam and they are liars. The clothes are cheap and they fit horribly. Do not use their return label pay for your own or your package will mysteriously get lost. I have been trying to get my money back for a month now. First they said they had the package, then they tell me they don’t. I hope they close this piece of crap business down. People work hard for their money and you guys steal it. I will keep to the bigger chains where this has never happened to me. Alloy has is a horrible on line fake store. Be warned, I wish I would have looked up the reviews like I usually do before ordering. Lesson learned.

No customer service July 5th i processed and order for which my credit card was charged $174. I've trying for 4 days to get someone on the phone because I was never sent a order number confirmation so I could track my order. What I've Geena getting is please hold for a rep. A long drawn out recording for at least 5 minutes and then the phone disconnects... So disappointed have had issues with deliveries previously, with them not sending products until they reauthorize but never where this... would rate them a 0 if I could

POOR QUALITY AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Save your time and money and DO NOT buy from Alloy.com. Everything I have received has been absolute garbage and does not follow the beautiful descriptions and size charts in their catalog. I am trying to return my third and final order with them. There was an error, so I called their 24 hour customer service and the person said the actual customer service is only there until 5:30 eastern time, completely negating what was written in an email from one of their online customer reps! I have wasted time and money with this company one too many times and I am going to BBB if they don't give me my money back asap. I don't understand how they can sell such poor quality clothing, treat their customers so poorly and get away with it.
