Horrible from the start 1 star is literally TOO MUCH!!! They are HORRIBLE 2 pair of glasses waited almost 3 weeks one pair came in with ONE TEMPLE and the lady couldn’t put the temple on said I would have to wait until Saturday for another worker that knew how to do it……3 more days (there were 3 workers there)oh and waiting another week for my second pair to come!! Great Service in Hickory NC I was so happy to see all the frames with the spring hinges for women. Where I had purchased in the past had a very limited selection. Eye Lab in Hickory NC was well stocked!!! We were greeted and served immediately upon walking in the door by a very professional and courteous staff. From the time I walked in the door, made my selection, and purchased my glass frames including filing insurance we were out in less than an hour and well satisfied. I would recommend Eye Lab of Hickory NC to anyone!!!
