Speedy I ordered a new hot tub cover over the weekend which was a quick and easy process. The cover arrived later in the week and it looks AWESOME. It is made of much better materials than the original one that came with my hot tub. The cover clips were lost during shipping so when I contacted Beyondnice they offered to ship me replacement clips for free. The customer service person (Cynthia) was friendly and helpful. I am well pleased with my purchase and the cost was the lowest I found after much research. I would recommend this family owned company to anyone.

Bought on 8/12/2017 arrived on doorstep… Bought on 8/12/2017 arrived on doorstep 8/25/2017. Cover is in perfect shape on delivery. Delivery was the professionals at SEKO that do better than UPS/USPS/FEDEX. The price was the best for what I got (Which is probably why there are all these "bad" reviews. Probably the competitors. Anyhow it has been OVER a year and it shows NO sign of wear. We use our Hottub in Cleveland about 4-5 times a week. Absolutely great experience with the cover. We have found the cover to be way better quality than what came with the hottub as well.

Cover is trash after 1 year. I've been through a few brands of covers on my tub and BeyondNice's has been the worst. The cover is weakly made and does not seal well. It constantly freezes itself to the lip of the tub during winter. Steam escapes, condenses, and runs down the straps, freezing them to the tub and buckle. This resulted in the stitching around one strap tearing apart when the cover was just a few months new, and now at the start of the 2nd winter, the other strap has torn itself completely off.

Cover is shipped in pieces, assembly is impossible. No customer support. The hot tub cover arrives in pieces, and must be assembled. The foam pieces don't fit inside the cover, even after heating it up to 90* to soften it. I had to destroy the foam to get it in. Because of this poor fit, there's lots of strain on the zipper, which broke immediately because it's brittle zinc. Customer service was useless. I'm left without a hot tub cover, and without $500. Here's my exchange with Customer service: Me: "I tried to in the foam pieces and zip it up, the pull tab on the zipper on the vinyl broke. When I put some twine through the zipper area where the pull tab broke off, the ensure zipper thing that combines the zipper broke off. Please help, this has been very frustrating" CS: " Sorry you are frustrated. As the instructions from the vinyl box explain, you cannot use the zipper to force close the vinyl. ...we test assemble every cover before we package it to insure it will assemble easily for our customers.If you will ship the vinyl back to us, we will repair or replace the zipper, and return it to you." Me: "If there's a note about that in the instructions (*note, there isn't), it's not where I could find it (see attached). Will you send a label, or am I expected to pay for shipping?" CS: "Customers would be responsible for shipping. Unfortunately we don't have different zipper options so we'd replace yours with the same type."

I rarely leave reviews I rarely leave reviews, but feel strongly enough to let people know DO NOT buy from this company. The spa cover was delivered damaged in a punctured box with the actual spa cover inside also damaged in multiple spots. The delivery driver verified the damage and wrote "hole in box" on the receipt. We ourselves were instructed to write "damage" only on receipt, which we did, but because the driver wrote more than that, Beyond Nice says that voided their damage claim policy. Shocking, you spend good money for something that comes damaged from a shipper they hired and they blame the customer and refuse to provide what you paid for. Order locally and check the BBB site and other online reviews, you'll see this has happened to others. If I could do over, I would order locally.
