GBCover is shipped in pieces, assembly is impossible. No customer support. The hot tub cover arrives in pieces, and must be assembled. The foam pieces don't fit inside the cover, even after heating it up to 90* to soften it. I had to destroy the foam to get it in. Because of this poor fit, there's lots of strain on the zipper, which broke immediately because it's brittle zinc. Customer service was useless. I'm left without a hot tub cover, and without $500. Here's my exchange with Customer service: Me: "I tried to in the foam pieces and zip it up, the pull tab on the zipper on the vinyl broke. When I put some twine through the zipper area where the pull tab broke off, the ensure zipper thing that combines the zipper broke off. Please help, this has been very frustrating" CS: " Sorry you are frustrated. As the instructions from the vinyl box explain, you cannot use the zipper to force close the vinyl. ...we test assemble every cover before we package it to insure it will assemble easily for our customers.If you will ship the vinyl back to us, we will repair or replace the zipper, and return it to you." Me: "If there's a note about that in the instructions (*note, there isn't), it's not where I could find it (see attached). Will you send a label, or am I expected to pay for shipping?" CS: "Customers would be responsible for shipping. Unfortunately we don't have different zipper options so we'd replace yours with the same type."

GBGood experience Order was really easy and what I wanted. When I called to clarify things in my order the rep was super helpful and nice. Got the package through FedEx with some minor damages and they were really helpful in resolving any issue I had with it

GBAwesome customer service Ordered a cover fall of 2020. Yes it took a few months but EVERYTHING has a longer lead time these days. Cover arrived with no flaws or damage. Looked great. I did develop an issue (not due to the company or workmanship) Emailed Beyond Nice and they helped me pinpoint the problem. They were SUPER helpful and really stuck with me.. The only reason I ordered specifically this cover is for the reinforced center to use with a cover lift. Our first cover nearly split in half once the seams began to weather. I hope this weathers better. I would highly recommend these covers and the customer service that comes with purchasing one.

GBExtremely misleading awful company! Extremely misleading awful company!! I purchased a tri fold cover that was obviously assumed to be connected together with two seams but they sent an extremely poor made, sub par cover that comes in to pieces. Absolutely useless to prevent heat loss never mind debris from entering the tub. With that said there non caring and horrible attitude when I called for an explanation was horrendous!!! To be clear I have never written a bad review about a company this is my first! the quality and customer satisfaction is terrible in my option and I would definitely avoid Beyond nice Hot covers!

GBBought on 8/12/2017 arrived on doorstep… Bought on 8/12/2017 arrived on doorstep 8/25/2017. Cover is in perfect shape on delivery. Delivery was the professionals at SEKO that do better than UPS/USPS/FEDEX. The price was the best for what I got (Which is probably why there are all these "bad" reviews. Probably the competitors. Anyhow it has been OVER a year and it shows NO sign of wear. We use our Hottub in Cleveland about 4-5 times a week. Absolutely great experience with the cover. We have found the cover to be way better quality than what came with the hottub as well.
