I wanted information about government… I wanted information about government funding and/or financing. The financial advisor called me and would not let me get a word in edge wise to ask about financing someone appeared at her door within 20 seconds into the conversation and she talked so fast and I kept trying to interrupt her to ask about financing I was unsuccessful she couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough and said she would email me the information. This encounter could not have been more unprofessional and rude. I’ll guess I’ll look somewhere else I don’t like the way I was treated.I spoke to someone by the name Karen? At the Madison Avenue location.On the website it clearly states they can assist with finding government funding.

2017 Van Owner Will, Jeremy & Melinda are awesome! All were helpful and knowledgeable.. answered all of our questions. Will & Jeremy even delivered the van to my work.. full of gas.. because I wasn't able to be off. We love the van. I bought the extended warranty just in case. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because they weren't able to lower the price not even a little bit. I'd have felt better if they'd have given me at least $100 off.. makes ya feel like you get a better deal if you're able to haggle a little and with a down payment of $25,000 I guess I expected it. They did include the new tie downs which i appreciate. Thanks guys!

Left a church bus with non-functioning … Left a church bus with non-functioning wheel chair lift several weeks ago and still don't have it back. Not really any friction, but need to get it fixed and get it back. Need the bus and need the lift.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! I trusted them when they told me my sons chair would fit so we purchased a brand-new Chevy Traverse our first ever handicap vehicle. When we got his powerchair and realized that it didn't fit the first thing I did was contact Superior Van and Mobility thinking that they would make it right with us. WRONG!!! They never once backed up the fact that they said it would fit. Instead, they said it was a used car now and that I would be losing money on the buy back! It was not our fault, but we are the ones losing money because we trusted them. NEVER buy from them unless you have it in writing that the wheelchair will fit. These cars are already expensive and then to lose our hard-earned money because a company doesn't care about their customers or handicap families. Apparently, all they care about is getting a sale and making money off people. Shame on them! If I could give a rating lower, then this I would!

A good experience Once we finally found OUR van, things went fairly smoothly. Grace, our agent at Superior Van, took good care of us, making sure we were satisfied and knew all about the workings of the van before we took it out. Friendly, helpful, caring, that's how I'd define the folks at Superior, especially Grace.
