Good customer service! Sales person listened and followed up on initial request, also gave some info needed to purchase the right van for us. The clerical staff was very good with all paperwork and got everything done swiftly.

I wanted information about government… I wanted information about government funding and/or financing. The financial advisor called me and would not let me get a word in edge wise to ask about financing someone appeared at her door within 20 seconds into the conversation and she talked so fast and I kept trying to interrupt her to ask about financing I was unsuccessful she couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough and said she would email me the information. This encounter could not have been more unprofessional and rude. I’ll guess I’ll look somewhere else I don’t like the way I was treated.I spoke to someone by the name Karen? Left a church bus with non-functioning … Left a church bus with non-functioning wheel chair lift several weeks ago and still don't have it back. Not really any friction, but need to get it fixed and get it back. Need the bus and need the lift.
