Good service & pricing I wish we knew about Trinity Hospital sooner. We changed vetenariians after the first visit. Our 14 & half year old Pug has improved health with enlarged heart, lung and kidney issues. Trinity did a thorough exam and organ xrays and made the correct diagnosis and medications. Good friendly staff and the Dr will call with any concerns or questionas.

Took over one month to get animal meds … Took over one month to get animal meds after I had my credit card company get credit to my account. This was after numerous phone calls where no one answers or returns calls, never responded to several emails sent. The topper is that when I FINALLY got my order the pill container was open, the foil sealant was ripped off laying loose inside the box and instead of 180 pills there was only 39. I'll never do business with this company again and after this I'd be very careful if you consider using them. I did take pictures when I opened the box up in case they try to say something different. Poor customer service. Ordered on the evening of March 29, Credit Card charged on March 30. After delay with prescription was resolved on April 5, they claimed they would ship right away. Posted tracking number on April 6 and never updated status again. Contacted via telephone several times and never received a call back. Finally emailed and received a response that they were sorry and a new order would be shipped immediately via priority mail and I would receive a new tracking number, never did and yesterday April 18 after no response to several emails and phone calls I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. Worst customer service and online company I have attempted to use in years. Had to go back to vet refill meds twice and now have to search for another source. Would give them no stars if that was possible.

Honest and reliable I am very happy with the service and the products. I know this company will give a fair price compared to well-known and well-publicized websites for Pet medications. It can get very expensive keeping geriatric pets comfortable, and medical issues under control - e.g. seizures. I don't need or want to pay for advertising.
