Took over one month to get animal meds … Took over one month to get animal meds after I had my credit card company get credit to my account. This was after numerous phone calls where no one answers or returns calls, never responded to several emails sent. The topper is that when I FINALLY got my order the pill container was open, the foil sealant was ripped off laying loose inside the box and instead of 180 pills there was only 39. I'll never do business with this company again and after this I'd be very careful if you consider using them. I did take pictures when I opened the box up in case they try to say something different. Awful awful awful

Very fast service by NHS. Very slow service from the USPS. National Animal Hospital got authorization from my vet and mailed my dog's prescription the same day I ordered. Then the USPS took 11 days to ship it! This has never happened before with NAH, but Brian in customer service tracked it down for me. I have priced my dog's prescription at all the pet med websites, and NAH has the best prices by far.

My first order Ordered a prescription product for one of my dogs- they verified with my vet which more convenient for me as I live 30 minutes from her. Medicine came promptly as was exactly as described- a great price compared to other places. I researched prices as I rescue dogs and have many fosters and several of my own, so saving money for quality products is important to me.

Local pharmacies love National AH Local pharmacies love National AH! Great prices, slow delivery, zero customer service. Ordered on March 23. Card charged on March 25. Off the shelf items did not ship until April 10. No one picks up phone, No one returns email. Products were shipped USPS with signature required. If you are familiar with USPS, their website and telephone customer service to hold for pickup is, well... non-existent. Had to go back to vet twice to refill meds.

I ordered from this website because of the outstanding reviews August 21st, it is now Sept 18th and like everyone else recent reviews I was ripped off. They even sent me a tracking number and it never was shipped. E-mailed, called etc. Retired and on a fixed income and now my poor little dog is suffering without meds because I can't afford to order from somewhere else until my next SS check. I know a lot of people are out a lot of money, however my heart goes out to the poor animals that are suffering because of this company. A company called National Animal Hospital a place that is suppose to help animals.. I will copy and paste on every site that has this name on it. At least the website is no longer there so no one else will fall victim to this horrible scam.
